When you don't want to go out

I started running and had my head down, trying to get through it. It was one of those days when you dont want to go. I was 10 mins into the run when I had to have a word with myself and stop myself from racing around not even noticing I'd been out! I forced myself to concentrate on my breathe and my steps. Focus on this moment, actually it was warm (well for January), its ok just appreciate this moment of fresh air. I was able to look up and start noticing again. Took me a while but I got there and actually enjoyed that hour of peace, quiet and noticing.
