Looking after yourself

172 miles down. Muscles are starting to hurt and I know I need to take few days out to rest and build up again. I feel so fit but my legs are aching and my back is twinging! Annoying when your mind wants to do more but body is saying 'rest!' Looking after yourself is so important; so today I'm going to eat lots, have a spinach, berries and banana smoothie, go to Starbucks for a drive

through and enjoy a curry and wine tonight. Rest, sleep, good food and having a giggle are equally important as exercise. I forget this sometimes.
