Frustration

So there's a lot of frustration around at moment; frustration about not going out, places closed, not being able to work in the way you want or not being able to work at all. I got very frustrated with Rocky today as he was reluctant to run or even walk! I cant say I blame him it was dark and cold. But I know he'll be jumping around manically if I don't take him in the morning and we all need to work/ do school stuff. But my frustration wasn't really directed at the dog who I was trying to encourage to get moving, (he did in the end once he realised I wasn't going back home!!!) My frustration was really towards the situation, the fact I miss my friends and family. I miss my mum! Working most of the time from home is extremely frustrating.
I'm seeing a lot of blame and guilt being passed around, absorbed or projected onto others. We need to keep being kind to people and ourselves. Stop blaming others and stop feeling guilty. There's guilt around for being healthy, surviving, having the vaccine, working from home, not doing more. We need to be kind to ourselves, the situation is not our fault, but we can choose how to deal with the situation and how we treat ourselves and others. Take care all and enjoy those special moments.
